When my dryer dies I'll replace that with the matching Samsung. I've had LG appliances and they were all garbage so never again.

Called Samsung and they got someone out right away to fix it and while he was there the tech went through everything and made sure everything was OK. Our previous washing machine was a Whirlpool, contacting them for warranty service was an absolute nightmare so I really appreciate how easy Samsung is to work with.
