Clothes come out very clean and I love it how it sings when it’s done.

So far, so good. Unit is quiet. Seems to do a better job of cleaning. Purchase and delivery experience was painless. It fit on the base of the washer it replaced.

Machine was reasonably priced, has a large capacity and is quieter than my old Kenmore.

Good stackable washer and dryer that I needed to save space. Can be a little confusing w so many options for washing and drying. Does have annoying sounds to let you know when cycle is complete. Cleans fairly well

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight. The lesson I learned is not to buy from a company that doesn't do its own repairs or doesn't offer a guarantee for repair time. This will be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

So I far I love it. It's way quieter than my last machine which was a top loader. The cycles are a bit longer buy it does a better job cleaning and spinning.

It is a joy to have a washing machine that doesn't dance around. It has plenty of different settings to choose from, it is stable, relatively quiet, so far so good.

Very cost-effective washer has a good design and is reliable. I replaced GE washer, garbage service.

Excellent machine, awesome job and gets my clothes nice and clean

I was a little worried switching to a front load washer for the first time but it seems well built and I'm liking the way it cleans. I'm still learning the settings and I still need to download the App and give that a try.

Love it. Mostly quiet unless in a heavy spin mode. Love that it tells you how long the wash will take.

Perfect for king size bedding and offers a great range of temperature and time settings. Traps lint well and the clothes don't get stuck on the edges of lint catch.

Bought less than two years ago and the Weight balancer broke!! It was used very lightly. It's ridiculous for this to happen! See pictures Looking at other reviews, other customers had the same problem! Samsung doesn't stand behind their products nor will to compensate their customers for a common problem right after warranty expires No more Samsung washers DO NOT BUY!!!
