Our old washer began not operating right until it completely stop functioning. We wanted to buy Samsung as we've heard these washers are generally works great and reliable for the price. I particularly like the stainless steel drum and the reduced water use (compared to my previous top load). I wish the rinse was a little more thorough but that feature is customizable. Overall highly recommended.
