It was delivered to my father's address instead of mine. I even called the day before to fix the problem but it still occurred. But, when it was correctly delivered the next week, everything was wonderful.

Has alot of options for different cycles for my clothes versus my husband's clothes whos are very very dirty. Quite when runs definitely want to make sure the washer is level or it will get crazy when it spends. Would recommend

I wasn't too happy about when they delivered because they were supposed to come on a Saturday morning between 7 and 1 and they called me at 11 that morning saying they had to reschedule and couldn't get me in until the next Thursday.

I replaced both the washer and dryer. I saw the reviews and it was on sale at the time of purchase. Very good dryer that dries quickly. Still figuring out some of the functions, but I can tell this dryer will last for a long time.
