Do not buy - shakes like crazy during spin cycle.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My last Samsung washing machine lasted almost 12 years so I thought going with Samsung for a replacement was a no-brainer. Sadly I was mistaken and will never purchase a Samsung product again. The machine cleans the clothing fine, but it shakes so violently during the spin cycle that anything on top of the machine falls off, and the spin cycle is extremely loud. Samsung has sent three technicians from two companies to investigate why the machine is doing this. Technician #1 said there was no error code, so therefore no problem, but he agreed my machine was shaking worse than he'd seen. Technician #2 wanted to replace the shock absorbers, but said I was out of warranty so it would cost nearly $500 (I'm not out of warranty, Samsung opened the repair ticket incorrectly). Technician #3 acknowledged that I was under warranty but saw no problem with my machine. Interesting that a problem is discovered when it's believed I'm paying out of pocket. Samsung's answer is "don't put anything on top of your washing machine." Needless to say, I hate this machine and Samsung's customer service is awful.

Best buy is a good company and should not act gready Best buy will not match price many seller options

Make sure you leave the doors open front loaders can get mildewy and only ever load 1/2 full to take care of them.
