Very disappointed in Samsung for the poor quality and the warranty registration policies that prevent you from registering the unit for warranty.

This is much louder and the vibration is much worse than you would expect. It's especially bad if stacked. I can't believe this has vibration reduction technology. The spin cycle is loud and shakes the entire room.

Has multiple settings which can be adjusted for each load. Very quiet and ending alarm can be turned off. Easy to clean. Was reluctant to purchase due to some reviews but am very happy with this washer.
