Great washer, couldnt be better with the quality and how this works. pretty much straight forward operation

This dryer is a solid purchase. No problems or issues at this point although I would sincerely hope not to have any yet! As an engineer myself, I can see that there are certain design features intended to save money in the product of the unit. I'm anticipating that over time, there may be wear issues. Its going to last a little less than if they spent more money. For example...the printing of the cycles is always a complaint for me especially when a machine is working fine but you just can't read what you are selecting anymore. From an aesthetic point of view, I much prefer a stainless steel door (or chrome finish) but for some reason the stark black is in many laundry machines these days. Lastly, I had a wrinkle release features for which you added water in a holding tank..... that is not part of this machine but then again this was cheaper. Time will tell how long it will last but I can't complain now..... its an average... not stellar dryer.

I am very pleased with the Samsung washer and dryer. Also please with the delivery. But, this morning I was by the washer as it was spinning. It was shaking like it was 32 degrees below zero. On closer examination the left front corner was not placed on the raised cement area so with only three legs on solid ground it is going to shake it self to death some day.

Order it a week before I picked it up and payed cash when to pick it up and they never order it .

This washer seems great so far. The song that plays after the load is helpful when doing multiple loads.

This is great washer and it has this new different modes. Just FYI really read the manual before unpacking.

This newer model has been better . Our other Samsung had to be returned twice due to constant noise and shaking .

Works great, had no issues! Does seem a little loud during the final spin, and annoying to hold to start.

I really do not like this washer. I’ve had front loaders before so know how to care for them. This one STINKS. After the first wash, my clothes smelled sour. The machine has been put through the cleaning cycle, door always left open after washing, gasket dried… it stinks. My clothes stink and it doesn’t do a great job of cleaning either. I wish I could return this machine. It’s awful. I feel ripped off.
