Both the washer and the dryer take so much extra maintenance to get them to work properly. Doing laundry with these make the chore frustrating, not easier. Just pass on this one

However, when I received the washing machine and installed it, I realized that no parts such as hoses were provided. So I went to Home Depot and bought it myself. This cost me a lot more money, time, and effort than I expected, and I ended up buying the washing machine at a more expensive price. If I had known this would happen, I wish I had returned it before unpacking it. At the same time, I knew that other wholesalers were offering parts, installation, and collection of existing products at better prices (such as Labor Day sales), so I thought it would be difficult to purchase products from Best Buy in the future. If possible, it would be better if there was more detailed and specific information about the provision of the parts in the product purchase section.
