The last Samsung we had did not vibrate at all, so you would think that the newer model would be better. Best Buy sad it was manufacturing defect, and replaced it. But the replacement also shakes when spinning. It washes fine, but still...

Delivery by the Best Buy subcontractors was spectacular. Very friendly, took great care of the home, super efficient. So far I like the washer, however, the issue is that there are no specifics. There are 5 temperature settings, but nowhere does it say what the corresponding temperature is - which is critical when deciding what temperature setting to use. Also, it doesn't say the various RPMs for the spin cycles - same issue, hard to decide which spin cycle to use, some of my clothes have very specific temp requirements when washing. Since it was a recent purchase, I can't speak to the durability of this appliance.

As per checking, your washer has ATC (Auto Temperature Control) feature. ATC enables the washer to control water temperatures in each washing cycle using the internal thermistor. It is designed to maintain certain washing temperatures for best results. The washer also detects the weight of the items and automatically adjusts the optimal water level, washing time, rinse counts, and spin counts. (This may not be applicable on some cycles.)
You may check the product's user manual to learn more about the product's warranty coverage for reference.
