Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought washer for my elderly mother because she could not reach in her top load washer. with in a few months washing got to hard and my brother took over. when I did the wash for her recently it would only wash in hot water even though I set for cold only. now Best Buy won't do anything I won"t buy from them anymore. they do not stand behind their products. terrible !!!!!!!!

Now the last ten minutes of the cycle while it spins is VERY NOISY. The drain pump behind the door on the front shakes very bad and rattles very loud as it makes contact with the frame. It cleans clothes just fine. The washer is dead level, hasn't been overloaded, dropped, etc.

No matter if you choose automatic or manual dry, using a regular size load, there are always items with a spot of dampness on them. I called Samsung and they basically admitted the faulty design and said a work around is to use the setting that signals when the load is about done and then remove the clothes that are already dry, leaving the clothes that are still damp to finish. I don't have the time to be that involved in drying my clothes. I prefer to set and forget. Really disappointed.
