    worked great until the heating element died within 6 months and trying to get samsung to fix in because it was still under warranty was such an issue it still does not work most expensive paper weight i have ever purchased

    I am disappointed, i was so happy to receive this just to find out it washes without water, and no matter what combination of programs i try, it barely uses enough water to wet the clothes, when i remove the clothes after washing they have dried on detergent on them! We called the service guy from samsung and he checked the software and said all good, this is how it is! I wish i would know this before , i wouldn’t buy this! I can’t believe i spent so much money on this garbage! Also there is no program description anywhere not even online!

    It was a pain to level. It’s still isn’t level. A lot of money for a product that can’t even be fully loaded. Not happy with this at all. It gets the job done, though. Never buying a front loader again.

    Plastic smell won't go away.

    BestBuy twice delivered me damaged gas dryers. It wasn't the gas dryer that I chose at the outlet between open-boxed dryers. I had to return them.

    it is very fancy but doesn't rotate the clothes very well I would avoid these 'high efficiency' products. the agitators are too short in this unit in my opinion.

    What I like about the dryer: -Efficient dryer with many different settings. Personally, I only use the "delicate" mode because I like the settings. Low heat and sensored for an adjustable dryness setting. -Nice theme tone upon completion -The lint catcher is a basket, so when you transfer the lint from the basket to the trash, it leaves no dust around. -You can stack this with the matching washer, or not.

    You have to dry your clothes for an hour before everything is completely dry. Wish I would have returned it when I had the chance.

    Mager damage to Laundry room.

    Installers. Forgot to remove shipping bolts. Machine fell off pedestal and wedged it self against the door handle blocking the door shut. Had to break in to the newly remodeled laundry room. New oak door is destroyed. And lost of damaged to sheetrock.
