Not what i expected.

I scheduled a second date for install and they came too early and no one was home. One of my pipes got broken, it was probably old. And the rental truck they were driving had bad battery and i had to wake up my husband to give them a jump.

My wife thinks the clothes are getting a better "clean" and there's enough settings to cover all your needs.

My dogs have shorthair and don't shed very much but I have to remove and clean the filter every 2 weeks (about 5-6 loads) or the machine stops working mid-load. Dog hair on the rubber seal made water leak out the door although the self clean cycle fixed that issue. The machine stopped with a SUD error, allegedly meaning I used too much detergent. I used one HE pod for a full load. It took me an hour to fix that error message. The top of the washer is full of scratches from a plastic hamper and the spin cycle shakes the whole house.

And my clothes do not smell like a machine shop, Nor do they smell like somebody else’s dirty clothes and what I especially like is the fact that I don’t get somebody else is laundry soap and or bleach on my clothing.

Seems to work well and vibrates very little on the spin. The cycles are a little hard to get use to. Still learning what works best for us. I know they arent required but we felt we needed the pedestals to make it easier to access the washer and dryer. Those are a total ripoff! $500 for the pair. No drawer is worth that.!!
