Didn't give a 5 due to not being able to control the rinse water temperature. Still learning on the cycles. So far, this machine will work for doing laundry. Only 2 people in our house so don't use for large loads.

Great washer and dryer now, but when it was first deliver it was damaged and leaking, but the second set came back freak and working fine with a nice look aswell

Just arrived today! Have not stacked them and I guess we didn't request them to stack them. We have had Samsung brand for years.

Great product, poor open boxed description. Had a decent dent on the top. Based on the descriptions of Excellent to Satisfactory was minor to moderate cosmetic issues. As for how it has been working, it is fantastic.

I bought this washer April 2021. There are enough issues and things I don’t like about this machine, that I’ll be replacing it soon. The spin cycles leave our clothes much wetter than our previous machine even on the high speed. When the spin cycle begins, the tub wobbles which makes us concerned, but it doesn’t move around on the floor, and improves once it gets going. We’ve investigated the machine including performing the self-calibrating cycle. It cleans fine, but perhaps that’s the detergent. There are some chimes you can remove, and some you CANNOT. We prefer NO chimes/alarms. I made the mistake of buying Stackables (but didn’t stack them) and every time we lean over them to reach some upper cabinets, we accidently turn off the washer mid-cycle and it won’t pick up where it left off. Lastly, the machine has a CLEAN THE WASHER cycle that appears every 40 cycles. This feature takes almost 4 HOURS to complete using hot water and high agitation. Your warranty will probably be void if you don’t do this. Then, my fault for choosing the 4.5 cubic size over a 5 cubic size – my King sheet set (high quality sheets) seems to be too large of a load, so I find myself washing the 4 King pillowcases in a second load.

Not as many options as other models but dries well

No complaints with this washing machine whatsoever, I've seen people complain about spin cycle sounding like a jet engine, but I would suggest they don't have it leveled out. My washing machine is leveled and on spin cycle if I am inside another room I can't hear it.

Amazing tech and perfect washes every time. Wife’s a nurse and we coupled it with steam tech and it’s awesome for sanitizing

The dryer works fine, sometimes the auto stop feature can get annoying as the washer stops early even after youve set it to run a little longer but the clothes are still damp. Overall just good especially on a great deal.

We have owned our Samsung (model DVE45T6000W) for over a month. I do like all the optional modes, but have mostly used it for pretty basic drying jobs. It has does a good job at everything we have had it do.

So far I love it. I have no issues. the chime music that sounds when its done is so much more pleasant than the buzzer sounds.

This is a awesome washer. The only thing I don't like is that it's really loud. The 20 min wash is great. Clothes come out cleaner and nicer then the washer I had.

I purchased this to replace a 15 year old version of this washer. So far it has been great.
