It was advertised as satisfactory, but was only fair a best. The front panel is pushed in as if someone had dropped or kicked it in. There are two bend to the right of the door. What was worse was the attitude of the person on the other end of the phone when I called in about it. I had Samsung look it and they found the door seal was damaged as well. They replaced the seal but couldn’t replace the front panel.

This caused a lot of work and some wear on the door. Best buy did make it right thanks to the driver taking a photo and making a case. I thank them for that! The product is functional and dries well. It is also easy to use.
