The manual says this feature takes longer than some of the other drying choices but uses less power. When it starts, it shows the time it's going to take as 116. However, I use this cycle for almost every load, and it has never taken that long, and the clothes have always been thoroughly dry (it usually takes about 45 minutes, sometimes less).

I have waited from Oct til just week to get my products imstalled and delivered. To add insult they scratched my washer and Best Buy had the audacity to tell me the scratches are only worth 30 bucks. As if i could walk in their store damage an item and tell them how much it should be worth. Purchasing the products was a wonderful experience but every moment after that was hell. Its sad that people are treated with such disregard and blatant disrespect. My lesson is leaned Home Depot from now on.

We love our new washer and dryer. The reason with I gave 3 stars is because of the delivery of the product (I am guessing best buy use 3rd party delivery/installation option). I was charged for the installation of the equipment and when the deliver guys showed up, it seems like they were just least interested in having them install. They looked at the connection knob and said we are not able to remove that (didn't even try) and gave really hard time to my wife. We ultimately had to call our neighbor to help out since my wife is not very handy, and our neighbor was able to do it in less than a second. It is just horrible that you pay for something and have to do it yourself.

Called Best Buy and was given a case number and told someone would call us. That’s it. Horrible customer service on a product they sold. I had a Samsung for 13 years and it sounded NOTHING like this machine. No idea why a newer washer would be worse than my old unit that finally gave up. More than disappointed in product and Best Buy.

Samsung washers are generally very quiet, and most noises are either normal or can be easily corrected.
