I wasn't too happy about when they delivered because they were supposed to come on a Saturday morning between 7 and 1 and they called me at 11 that morning saying they had to reschedule and couldn't get me in until the next Thursday.

It mixes with the laundry soap when in wash mode. Only way to use is to wait when it's in rinse mode then add softener.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dryer is beautiful, nice, but the brand new dryer I received didn’t heat, it was stuck in cooling mode, after researching this is a common problem with Samsung dryers. But, someone came and looked at it, and they are replacing it with the same model but a new dryer today. So, hopefully there is nothing wrong with this one. As far as returning and exchanging my item they gave me no problem at all, surprisingly since I’ve had the dryer for 18 days now. I just moved in my home so I didn’t know it was damaged until I moved in a few days ago and used the dryer for the first time.

However it is a bit noisy and shakes a lot when running. I also noticed that there was a slight rust starting to form at the outside that I have been cleaning out to make sure it does not stick. You may want to read reviews about that as this seems to be a common issue that Samsung is not doing anything about. I also realized that the filter is not that sturdy and may not hold enough things that fall through and could possibly clog your outlets. So far I have been cleaning it every month or so and not finding many things there, with my old ge front load I would find treasures in the filter (coins, clips, even kids socks)

It’s my first time ever purchasing a washer and I decided to go with the front loader. Remember to leave the door and detergent holder open to avoid mold. Also was recommended to not use pods unless you’re washing with hot water.

The white with the blue digital lights on the machine looks high tech and expensive. It works as it should. Love all the features and feel comfortable with the Samsung brand.
