Once I got used to it though, it does the job and, overall, I’m happy with it.

Quiet. load 'em up, and they clean clothes. Would'a got 5 stars except there is no way to change the annoying little musical Jingle.

This washer works great; however, based on previous experiences with Samsung, I pray that it continues to do so. They are terrible at providing service and fixing issues.

Really great washer with small cons

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been using this washer for about a month cloth smell great and better then they did with my washer that Was old fashioned and outdated this Samsung washer doesn’t have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for the price since it’s cheaper than others but it is worth it I know everyone will run into issues with their washer/dryer so I have geek squad. My only con would be is that it takes long to finish a load if you put everything on heavy/ medium load it takes about at least 50 minutes to 125 minutes

Best Buy delivered and installation is the best way to go, just buy the hose and it's free. My laundry is upstairs, so it was a no brainer to have them install it. Definitely a great choice for the quick wash and quiet operation.
