No heat after 9 months cost $900 to get fixed

The dryer has no heat after only 9 months of using. I contacted Best Buy and was told to contact the manufacture directly. Even still under warranty, Samsung wants to charge us almost $900 to have the machine fixed (more expensive than buying a new one). I would never buy anything from Samsung in the future

I moved in 2 months ago and the washer now stopped spinning. I am so very very upset because I got rid of the old old and ugly but perfectly working washer that came with this house for a brand handy new washer that stopped working after 2 months. I thought I was upgrading. I decided to go with Samsung thinking I was upgrading but very very disappointed. This thing is not worth your money. Yes, they are coming to repair it in a few days but because is still under warranty but what happens after the 2 years. I am stuck with a useless washer. Very very disappointed. I thought Samsung will be top notch and is not.

Gets the Job Done

This machine vibrates a lot, even with medium size loads. I enjoy the various adjustable options as well as the pre-set options. It gets the job done. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a quiet machine.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our washer. Samsung always intends to provide great products and satisfaction to our customers. And I apologize if this machine vibrates a lot. Your washing machine may shake, move, and make noise while spinning. This can happen when the four washing machine legs are not all making secure contact with the ground, or if a large bulky item or a huge amount of laundry is in the washing machine. If you just got your front load washer but didn't remove the shipping bolts, then it will shake a lot. You'll also see some small vibration at the beginning of a cycle as its weight sensing.

It stopped heating this week. Best Buy won't service and Samsung Service won't service while stacked, so I am expected to hire someone else to come unstack it (which won't fit in the space connected). So, basically we have to hire someone else to service with no benefit of warranty/

Making loud noises at the end of the spin cycle. Have been trying to connect with service to get item repaired or replaced. Continue to get disconnected and no return calls. Having to start the process over each time. We would have actually loved the machine if it didn’t make the noise but because no one will return my call or put me through to the right person to connect with getting it repaired or replaced, “1-Year Warranty”
