The beginning of the rinse cycle is loud and vibration is strong. I could hear the drum banging on the case. Sometimes I see suds on the door at the end. Not sure why.

It has all the features I need without a lot of unnecessary options that I will never use. I would recommend this washer. Best Buy's delivery & setup and customer service was excellent.

Doesn’t have all the extra options but enough different drying settings, but it’s a clothes dryer it dries the clothes, fast and efficiently.

Best Buy does not allow you to use your old one. This is very wasterful and Best Buy should consider enviornmental friendly resuse options. Also they require you to buy a hose without knowing how long of a hose you need. Again, more waste. Plus the installed couldn't install the machine bc he didn't have any other hose sizes with him.

The lint holder is in an awkward position and is slightly hard to get in and out of. For what we paid I’m very happy though.

I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like this machine. Very intuitive, lots of settings and holds a queen size quilt with ease.
