It worked great until a few months ago when it started vibrating violently. This has been used by a household size of 2 adults, so it hasn't been used excessively. I'm now shopping for a new washer.

Samsung says its out of warranty but obviously they know it has faulty parts. I barely Wash anything and I’ve never even seen a washer machine do this after less than 2 years of use. DO NOT RECCOMEND. Samsung IS HORRIBLE

I love Samsung TVs, so I thought I’d try their washers. We love it so far. Uses less detergent and water, so that is an added bonus.

The 5 spin settings are intense, when it is on the highest level spinning it actually affects the entire room, hard to explain but it can vibrate the room. With that, our clothes come out almost dry.

Replacing unit at my rental that broke just after 2 yrs. I assume there was heavy usage but less than 2.5 yrs to a failure is ridiculous. Pains me to have to buy the same unit but tight fit requires it.

Plus it plays a song at the end that will last about 15 seconds to make sure you know the load is done washing!

Great washer for large loads

I dont know if is the product or just the front end loading design but this washer was leveled and still jumped around my laundry room. Everything I tried to do to level the washer did not work. Ordered and replaced with a top end loading washer, its great.

Good dryer for not going too crazy on the price
