    Good dryer for not going too crazy on the price

    Everything is working good so far. The only thing I do not like so far is that I have another Samsung washing machine and the doors open on the opposite sides. I wish Samsung made its doors only open one way.

    Would not spin out. Cycle would stop and have to be restarted. Could not handle large loads

    Runs great. Forgot what it was like to have a nice washer and is a great cost effective upgrade to the bare bones washer we previously had. Installation and delivery was professional and quick.

    Terrible experience. This is the second washer I’ve bought, and both arrived broken. When spinning, it shook the entire house.

    No heat - no use

    Delivery service from Best Buy was an absolute fiasco. Finally got it installed today by professional installer (not Best Buy) and the dryer does not heat up (seeing other reviews, it appears I'm not alone with this problem). Called Samsung only to be advised they don't have service in my area, but someone will be contacting me in the next couple of days! This is incredibly frustrating. We have many Samsung products, but I don't think we'll be buy any more and certainly not from Best Buy

    The machine I was delivered was defective. It would sound like someone was hammering during the spin cycle and the washer would move about a foot from where it was located after every wash. I got an exchange from Best Buy within 2 weeks and it's been working the way it should and no longer making loud banging sounds or moving. I bought it based on price with comparable models. So far so good but was not happy with the defective machine I was originally delivered so 2 stars for quality & 4 stars for value.

    Not sure if I got a defective washer or not. But it should've take almost 2 hours to wash a load of clothes. Also it doesn't matter what temperature setting I use water is very hot. Only had the washer a little over a month & best buy says its not their problem call Samsung. We will see what options they offer but I definitely wouldn't buy again.

    Very unhappy

    Received the unit broken. was too late to return it as I was out of town and didn't use it for three weeks. Was told to call the manufacturer. Manufacturer sent out a service man. Said the unit had broken struts. How can this happen? I would like to hear from someone at best buy.

    Moisture sensor doesn’t work properly. After less than 10x using the dryer in a proper way (cleaning filter, not overloading etc) the moisture sensor started acting weird and it keeps switching from programming selected to “cool down” after very few minutes on - even with clothes still wet. Manual doesn’t explain how to fix or reset setting. Hard to communicate with customer support from Samsung manufacturer /BestBuy .

    Best Buy installed it, and it has been working great. I like the different settings, although most of the time I just use the normal setting with wrinkle protections on and ecodry.

    The people who brought the machine were extremely rude and on top of that the machince came banged up , was told by customer service i would get a 180$ gift card if i decide to keep the machince . A month later i did not receive the gift card and when i call best buy customer service they have no idea what to do. First and last time buying an appliance from best buy

    Dryer Not Heating

    I bought the washer and dryer set, and have been experiencing issues with the dryer from day 1. The first dryer that I got from Best buy had dents/scratches. So, I asked them to refund it. The second one that I got didn't heat up the clothes. When I feel the vent, the vent is blowing the cold air out. The Best Buy Geek brought the third dryer and replaced it. But, I am having the same issue again. I have tried turning off the eco-dry and running in modes where it doesn't use Eco-dry. Surely can't be heating element because this is the 3rd brand new dryer. Any suggestions or anyone that can help?

    Good but should need warning!

    So far this machine is awesome. I love the digital settings and the Lil notification sounds it does when starting and when a wash cycle has been completed. One thing to be aware of is if you are loading a lot of clothes, make sure the spin setting is on high if not you will end up with water in the drum and then draining which is a real pain!! Hence the 3 stars. Does not have Bluetooth or wifi that will send a notification to your phone when done....wish it did.

    I think the washer is good--laundry is clean! Noise is minimal. "Wash Options" are difficult to lock in, requiring multiple tries. This is my only negative so far!
