I bought new appliance almost a month ago, and still issue not fixed . Geek squad support is worst and waste of time. I asked for call, they called me said "Hello, hello" and hung up the line. They failed to fix the issue. In fact they did nothing to fix the issue. I wanted to give 0 rating for product and Geek squad, but it automatically picked 1 star ..so 1 star is not my rating.

Yes, the power cord is not included with the dryer and is being sold separately since the dryer can be connected directly to the power lines.

The washer does not clean clothes as well as expected. The preset programs require washing clothes for more than an hour. My top load washed in 30 minutes. I replaced it because it stopped working after 15 years. I wish I got it repaired.
