We have had repair men out and they say they have the same issue on the model for multiple owners. We have made sure it is level too. I would not recommend this washer as is. Working on contacting Samsung

Defective

I today is 9/15/23 I still do not have a replacement I have to go with out ! I won’t be getting new ones till the 20th !
