    Hot water valve broke while not in use

    Hot water valve broken right over one year warranty period. We rarely use hot water. Bad quality. We’ve used several brands, Whirlpool, Kenmore, Lg over the years and they just works for many years till worn out. This is by far the worst.

    Machine works fine but sometimes gives little sound and then again goes away. I have checked my surface but still I hear sound 3/5 times. Also my bad experience is with bestbuy online orders to all the way it’s installed at my place.

    I’m so frustrated and disappointed with my Samsung (WF45T6000AP) I do maybe 2-3 loads a week; I’ve had it 6.5 months and it’s broken down twice already! First time it sporadically stopped working and just clicked when I pressed start. Tech said it was a loose sensor! Today the error code SUD appeared but, the tub is clear of suds, I poured water down the drain as suggested and the error code still wont clear! Looks like it may be another faulty sensor from what I’ve read online.

    Extremely noisy spin cycle on all speeds. Sounds like a jet taking off. If laundry room door is open, you cannot have a conversation in the rest of the house. Best buy Delivered and set it up. Because it is under warranty, I have to go through Samsung

    After 4 months of normal use by 2 people, it broke. Violent shaking and water pouring out the bottom. Best Buy didn't cover it at all, and told me to call Samsung. Samsung service 866-371-9501 disconnected on me once, but I got through the 2nd time. After running some diagnostics with the service rep and verifying the problem, I was able to schedule an in home service repair for next week. It is still under the 1 year warranty, so it should be a free repair. From the symptoms, it is likely the discharge pump broke, in addition to holes that allow the water to pour right out.
