    Would not dry properly. Took two cycles to dry a small amount of clothes. Seemed to get to hot and would go into a cool cycle.

    The touch pad on the front is very sensitive and if you accidentally touch it when the machine is running it turns the machine off and you have to start your wash completely over, there is on way to pause the cycle and restart it. Not easy to use. I returned it.

    Washer broke within 8 months. Took samsung 2 months to get tech out to tell me no parts available, another 1 month to get approved for replacement. Went to best buy with replacement authorization number and got new washer. Another month to deliver washer thou. August to dec no washer.

    I buy this washer and it’s is the worst Washing machine in the world every time you try to wash when it start to rinse It started running all over the place I have to try to Make it stop no it Mess up my wall I hate it so so much

    Drying feature does NOT work and they will not fix. 1000k down the drain. No help from customer service except told to call Manufacturer

    I was told NOT to buy this washer and I didn't listen. I had it for only 4 months and it's not working properly. you hear the sound but it doesn't move.

    Inefficient and Not Drying

    We have to run the dryer numerous times per load to achieve “dry.” This includes running the dryness sensor, timed dry and other functions.

    Well it sounds like it is clearing for take off I have only had it for a week and have done 5 loads in it. So calling today to get them on it this is horrible for the amount of money I paid over it.

    Only one of the cycles (Time Dry) worked on this new dryer since the first time I used it. I've been to busy to travel to Best Buy to complain, so I just have been dealing with it. I bought the matching washer and it works great.

    Had this dryer one yr as of March 2023. And it slowly stopped heating up. Now I have to pay for repair. I should’ve just got a whirlpool

    The washer does not work to well on the different settings other than normal. If on a different setting most of the time we get an error code and have to unplug to reset

    This washer looks good but it is trash. When I wash clothes they still seem dirty after the wash is complete. I find myself washing one load twice. ( Also this same with a small load)

    Broke down under a year

    What a waste of money this machine broke down a little under a year of having it. It started making a weird noice like a helicopter thought it was going to explode. Geek squad came out to fix it but stated that they couldn't and directed me to Samsung. Samsung didn't even bother and zelle me a refund which i thought was weird paid out of pocket extra 400 for a new washer
