Delivery drivers DID NOT LEAVE THE SHIPPING BOLTS! Good luck getting the proper part number to order a new set (at over $100). I was transferred to 4 different departments by Best Buy and no one could help me. Avoid at all costs.

I got it 3 weeks late and they couldn't even get it inside because they would have needed to remove the door and I didn't buy installation. I am disgusted by their business.

I have it inside a closet and it's the best machine I ever had. It washes the clothes Great, gets them very well spun out, so I money on my drying cycle. Lots of program options. I would definitely recommend. It's only recently purchased, but so far I am very happy
