Floods a lot. Took forever to set us since the company won’t do it.

Large capacity. Spin cycle almost dries the clothes. Large choice of water temperatures.

Love love this washer Bought the pair for Black Friday 120 off each piece. Everything comes out so clean. Using tide and the clothes and bedding look amazing. Fit my queen size quilts with no problem. It's pretty quiet for a washer. I love no agitator. Clothes are so ring out they dry in no time. I suggest the small platform it will put them at the greatest height. Can also be used wo them w no problems. Use a good detergant bcause you only need a small amount and you will be amazed on how clean your clothes are. Best washer I ever had and I always bought Maytag or Kenmore.

How much can (any)one get excited about a washer? It does the job, it's my third front loader, so the water saving, spin speeds, etc. are not novel to me. The build seems inferior to my previous Kenmore and LG. It lacks sanitary cycle, in comparison to similarly priced LGs. Vibration is OK on concrete floor. It is not the quietest, but not an issue as it is in a closed niche. The chirp at the end of cycle is very long, but not unpleasant. Clothes come out as clean as we are used to. Bit worried that the front touch panel will go after a few years and likely be cost prohibitive to fix. All pieces, whether plastic or metal (and by extension I imagine electronics) appear to be of inferior quality with each new model, regardless of the brand. It is devastating that nowadays even Consumer Reports considers 8-10 years to be the expected use of a washer, very irresponsible towards our one and only planet.

Works fantastic for a great price! My clothes have honestly never been so clean. I had a pair of pants with a stain from olive oil that I was unable to get out despite washing multiple times in our previous washer, one wash in this washer and it came right out!

Easy to operate, big enough to do the job and delivered on time. Everythin g was done very well.

This washer is do quiet. You wouldn't know it was even running. I have it inside a closet and it's the best machine I ever had. It washes the clothes Great, gets them very well spun out, so I money on my drying cycle. Lots of program options. I would definitely recommend. It's only recently purchased, but so far I am very happy

We like the interior size and how fast it dries eveything.

I would never go with another brand. It’s easy to use. You set it and don’t have to worry about it. It doesn’t consume much energy. User friendly and our clothes are never wrinkled. Definitely recommend.

The washer is quiet and efficient. The one thing that I'm not entirely satisfied with is the soap dispenser tray. I foresee it breaking sometime during the life of the washer. It is a bit flimsy.

An ease to use. The time it shows for the cycle is accurate My old machine was always way off on the time. Liking my new machine.

Simply the best! Does precisely what you want in a clothes washer. My only issue is whatever it’s made of attracts my dog’s fallen hair that found its home on my clothes. Dark dog hair on a bright white background isn’t too pretty! So I wish they had it in a dark color instead of just bright white!

Another great samsung washer with ample drum space to get all my wash done in one cycle (although I am a household of one). The washing cycle is very quiet with no vibration during the spin cycle.

So far, this washer is great and much quieter than the previous front loader I had. I have only had it about a month, but it works well!

Loving the dryer so far. I got the washer as well. Both work really well and fast. Drying is a breeze and I love the music ending when your clothes are finished
