We have a family of five, so the 4.5 size is great for my family. The control board just went out recently, so I’m not sure what to do about that right now, but besides that, it’s been great.

Only one complaint with these new machines! The doors are harder to open and close so I have to be more careful with them since I’m worried to break off any pieces. Not a huge deal but a downgrade from the earlier version of the machines!

I haven’t tried all the functions but 2 hours run time for heavy load seems a bit excessive.

The dryer cycles are not completely drying the clothes. Sometimes it works and other times I have to run the machine multiple times to dry things like towels I am now in the market for a new dryer. Disappointed because my previous dryer lasted 15 years. Has all the features I’d like in a dryer. Just wish it would work.
