Great washer and reliable. Have this washer for over 3 years

Purchased this washer 2.5 years ago and it leaks water inside the washer drum. The clean water does not stop flowing. Once it gets about a quarter full then the washer automatically drains the water. Best Buy customer service and Samsung customer is not willing to cooperate with fixing the machine unless I pay $120 for them to come look at it plus parts and labor. Estimate of $250-$350. Also this unit runs pretty loud while it is washing. On the positive note, it does look really nice.

This washer works very well. It gets large loads of clothes clean and it is relatively quiet compared to the machine it replaced.

I love it! I recommend this to everyone it’s totally worth it. My wife’s friend buying it now at Best Buy

Thoroughly washer your clothes. Has a self cleaning feature and it lets you know when it needs to be run. Excellent priduct. Would highly recommend.

Great dryer. At first i was a lil doubtful cause im used to gas dryers but when put it to the test, it worked just as good if not better than my last one.

I absolutely love this washer!! The specifications list that the drain and fill hoses are not included, however the drain hose is. For anyone looking to purchase this washer in the future, you will need to also purchase fill hoses separately. Enjoy‼️

Replacement for my ‘08 Samsung washer. This model is a bit louder, but does the job. I’m counting on the bearings holding up longer than the last model. Fortunately, the dryer works fine

All runs well except the door does not close and stays ajar a couple of inches open. It does not bother me much since the washer/dryer stack is in the closet and keeping the door ajar circulates air inside the washer reducing mold buildup.

Forced to buy a new washer because my last washer, a GE, only lasted a little over a year and a half. Appliances these days are junk.
