Overall these are good machines! I haven't noticed any major snagging (my last stackable LG units snagged my clothes a ton) or issues however, the pause button does not unlock the door very quickly for you to add items in that you may have forgotten and I hate that. Why have a pause button? overall, the settings are not as customizable as the water temp / time / dry level selections make it seem. Many of them do not allow you to adjust them, so I use manual settings which means I often dry things much longer than they need to be dried because the sensor is not enabled for manual dry settings.

Just bought this washer and it shakes very badly during the spin cycle and is not quiet. Definitely Need something to keep it in place if you have an open laundry room. It washes great, didn’t expect the spin cycle. hopefully it doesn’t break due to the shaking.

We are just replacing the same thing that just broke. A little annoyed by how quickly it stopped working, but was used a ton.

I wouldn't know how the dryer works. When I purchased, I paid for install. The associate said that best buy could install. On the way out to be delivered, the delivery guys said that company policy is that they do not install gas dryers. Don't blame the delivery guys blame best buy. Called and was told they were going to escalate it up to the manager then they hung up on me. When the delivery guys got here, they were sent the wrong size hose to connect the gas line. Now I am having to pay a plumber to come out and hook up my dryer. That ill happen in about 5 days. Do not buy a major appliance from best buy. They do not know what they are doing, and they give false information. When you call them on it, They say they will look into it, but will just hang up on you

How disappointing is it to use the new washer you spent so much on just for it to it to not work and per it’s first use it physically jumps around your laundry room and shakes so hard you can feel it in the few rooms over, and guess what it’s back ordered now so if we were to get same ones it’ll take even longer to get here. the customer service is “closed” when i call this is so upsetting save yourself the money and time like i am on trying to get this all sorted out and do not buy it, A. from here and B. at all

We bought this washer in 2017. It was noisy but cleaned well and was much better about resisting mold on the gasket than our previous Kenmore front load. It lasted just 4 years. Today we found our it has bad bearings ($1200 repair). Tech said he sees this pretty often. FOUR years!

If I could tell you one thing it's DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE. This washer started to get loud within about one year, second year clothes started seeming like they weren't clean. A few nights ago the drum detached and the washer almost tore my plug outlet out of the wall. My appliance repair guy who is very honest said the parts to Samsung washers are so expensive it's not worth it to fix it. I'm currently waiting on a GE washer to be delivered so they can haul this trash out of my house. I will never buy Samsung again, oh and don't fall for Best Buy Total tech. Unless you renew it every year for $200 they won't help you. Total scam.

This washer, was exactly what I ordered. I ordered it as a gift.

The 5 stars tricked me into a purchase. I was upgrading some ancient GE washer/dryers and this looked amazing. 2 years later the washer is leaking water from the front (gasket torn), and a few months after that we got drain pump problems. Estimate to fix $575!! Check Reddit for Samsung washer leaks and also google samsung error code SC. Lots of problems for lots of people. If you only need a washer/dryer for a year to sell a home, Samsung looks great... otherwise it's a waste of money. If you do go ahead and get one, get an extended warranty. I did, but it's taking days to get service.
