Stops working after 2-year warranty period

Samsung support is horrible and repair cost more than a new washer. Don't pay the premium for the subpar product. LG has been amazing - check the reliability ratings.

Key parts break after 2-year warranty period

Horrible service

It can be frustrating to have clothes come out worse than when you put them in the washing machine, but in the vast majority of cases, any stains or damage that weren't there when you put them in the washer, aren't caused by your washer.

Do not buy

Does everything but dry clothes

Moisture sensor is code for "we say when it is dry". While it does have many settings. They almost all equal wet clothes. They only setting that will dry your clothes is sanitize. It does not use steam like a real dryer. It uses intense heat for a long period of time. If you are thinking that you can just run it again. Nope it will say your clothes are dry and shut itself off. This is a pretty big deal as the one thing you want is a "CLOTHES DRYER" That it can actually DRIES CLOTHES!!!!!
