Got this one due to the fact that i just purchased a 5.0 cf washer 3.5 years ago and now its not worth fixing (950.00 + maybe a inner drum)and they are not even sure they can get the counter balance that it needs. The only reason i purchased the 4.5cf was that the dryer still works and i bought two pedestal at 300.00 a piece. Hopefully this one last longer!

I did call Best Buy customer service and they were able to schedule an exchange of the washer this week.
