    Dryer still does not work , Samsung has been out to repair and still not working. Almost a month now since picked up from your warehouse. Called geek squad and no return available. Unbelievable that we have had nothing but run around over this dryer. Will not purchase another in the future

    Delivered a defective washer

    Got washer deliver 10/26. Was able to use it this week (after completing renovations). During spin cycle of any option the washer shakes so hard it not only move from its location, but it unplugs from the wall. Cannot return/exchange because it is past the 15 date of purchase.

    Dryer stopped working on certain cycles, then altogether. Continuous "DC' error code. Samsung suggested only using on timed setting. I was understandably unhappy with that advice. Best Buy is replacing with another brand.

    New washer problem

    It was great for 5 days. Then it wouldn't drain. It was replaced with a new washer, but it is scary that a new item broke down so quickly. The computer in it must have had problems. I have no answer to what happened, but happy it was immediately replaced

    Have used for 2 months. I have yet to get a dry load on first try. It takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours to dry 2 sheets and a towel. Vents are open and lint filter is cleaned each use. Took 2 hours to dry 6 pairs knit pants and 6 shirts. Not happy at all. My 25 year old dryer worked better than this new one.

    This dryer blows only cold air because the heating element was defective. Got a replacement dryer and the new one doesn't even turn on.

    Unused, unboxed and can’t exchange it

    My home doesn’t support the dryer’s gas pressure. I haven’t used the dryer and is still in the box. I called to exchange for an electric dryer however I’m passed the return policy period. Now I’m stuck with a dryer I can’t use.

    Leaking out of the door after 18 months. Very disappointed. Cannot use the $250 pedestal underneath because water pools in it.

    One year later, dryer will not turn on

    We've had this dryer for almost exactly one year, and it is no longer turning on. When it did work, it would not dry clothes in one cycle -- we ALWAYS had to run it for another 30 minutes. Finally, the "done" tone is mad long and loud and obnoxious.

    Does not work out of the box--at all. It powers up but when you go to start a drying cycle it will count down but not spin--at all. I called Samsung and they have sent technicians out here twice now and it still doesn't work and now Best Buy is saying it's non-returnable.

    Item came with a broken heating element. Best Buy’s said they would replace it, but that I had to wait 6 weeks to get a new one delivered.

    I had this machine 3 months.It worked very well until v it leaked from the bottom and flooded my laundry room. Service could not get the parts to fix it. After hours on the phone Samsung authorized an exchange for a new machine.
