Not great drying towels even single towels, Delicates usually finish initial cycle slightly damp. But a basic, decent sized load on high comes out good. Only get if needed and on sale, otherwise pay more for better overall quality

Using tide and the clothes and bedding look amazing. Fit my queen size quilts with no problem. It's pretty quiet for a washer. I love no agitator. Clothes are so ring out they dry in no time. I suggest the small platform it will put them at the greatest height. Can also be used wo them w no problems. Use a good detergant bcause you only need a small amount and you will be amazed on how clean your clothes are. Best washer I ever had and I always bought Maytag or Kenmore.

The washer has worked well from the beginning, but the dryer had to be replaced-- it would not heat, whatsoever, even though it was straight out of the box! Once I got through to Best Buy's return claims dept., everything went well, from ordering the exchange and getting the dryer swapped out for the well- functioning one we now have. The representatives in the exchanges dept. and the techs who diagnosed the problem and made the exchange were also all very pleasant and helpful. All's well now, after that *very* bumpy start (hence, not the higher rating).
