    I bought this item in Dec 2021 after seeing the reviews and they offered some discount. Minimum use at apartment. It started making loud noise after 6months of use. The Technician from Bestbuy came, did some minor checks, and said everything is OK. Now it completely quit working making real loud noise. The manufacture warranty of 2 yrs just expired 3 weeks ago. Called Bestby again paid the diagnostic fee. To fix it is another $450 bucks. So the total adds up almost equal to the price of the washer. I opted to go for new LG washer than spending money on a defective brand washer. Stay away from SAMSUNG for Washer. Our another LG washing machine lasted more than 10 yrs without any problem

    RUN FAR AWAY FROM SAMSUNG! Horrible Dryer

    RUN far far away from Samsung washers and dryers! I bought this dryer in November of 2020, had to spend $200 to replace the heating element in 2022, and now it gives me dc and c3 error messages and beeps nonstop. I don't even want to repair it again because I think it is a piece of hot garbage that isn't worth the time or money to repair. Not only that, but when it was functioning properly it would signal that clothes were dry when in fact, they were not. So, i had to set the time dry rather than using the sensors. Do yourself a favor and buy literally ANY other brand.

    Be aware of issue with cracked drum!

    I purchased a previous model of this dryer three years ago. A huge crack was found at the back of the drum. It might have been there for a long time, as it was hidden all the way in the back. Long story short, I contacted Samsung CS and was told there was nothing they would be responsible for after one year. However, I soon discovered by a google search that cracked drum is a very common problem with Samsung dryer, not just for this model.     Installed January 2022. Started off fairly quiet, but that didn’t last long. Was so loud, it was actually comical how loud it became. Then 7 months in, it broke. Both Samsung & Best Buy couldn’t get the parts needed to fix it. Ultimately Best Buy replaced the unit with another Samsung washer. Praying for better results

      For best performance, the washer must be installed on a solid floor. Wood floors may need to be reinforced to minimize vibration and/or unbalanced loads. Carpeting and soft tile surfaces do not provide good resistance to vibrations and may cause the washer to move slightly during the spin cycle.

      Calibration mode should be used right after installing your washer, when you adjust your washer, and when you feel that the weight detection (and amount of water per cycle) is inaccurate. Periodically performing this task only takes a few minutes. Before calibrating your washing machine, ensure it's nice, secure, and positioned where you want it.

      When you do laundry, you should consider the weight of each load you wash to get the best results. Both heavy and light items can overload your washing machine and dryer.     Don't waste your time & money on this junk washer

    Terrible washer. Leaks from door, after 5 repairs was designated a lemon and being replaced by Best Buy. Also the writing on the button panel smudges and wipes off. Don't waste your time and money on this 3rd world piece of junk.

    I bought washer/dryer set 12/17/21 and today 9/9/24 my washing machine sounds like its about to explode . The noise coming out of it is terrifying and so violent that it moved from where i have it forward towards my door and is now stuck there and i cant push it back from how heavy it is.

    Won’t dry clothes

    The sensor thinks the clothes are dry. D keeps tuening the dryer off, I check the clothes still damp. I switch to manual timed dry 50 minutes still damp. I switched to a small load.. the dryer is just not getting hot enough.. I love the matching washer just the dryer is driving me crazy

    Lousy Customer Service. Unable to speak to Team Member on floor to ask question on a Dryer purchased. 2nd Purchase within a week. Next time will buy elsewhere where I can speak to someone on floor if needed. Product decent.

    AVOID THIS WASHER AVOID SAMSUNG

    Our appliance man told us a bolt broke off which has led to needing to replace the entire tub. All said and done the quote was $880, more than we paid for the washer. Samsung and Best Buy are no help and act like it’s your fault for not buying their extra warranties. Same thing happened on new Samsung fridge. Both repair guys have laughed and said Samsung looks great but are horrible quality. Their customer service is an absolute joke.

    Have owned this make and model for 4 years. Have had three service calls to repair and have now exceeded the purchase price. I am currently going to the laundromat to take care of the laundry because I cant afford to pay for the repair. Also, the Stoves break easily and the Ice Machines in the refrigerators seize up, stopping ice production. There is very little direction on the internet to repair by yourself repairs forcing you to pay for expensive house call repairs with Samsung Certified Technicians.

    Dryer stopped working after 3 weeks of use contacted best buy corporate they informed me i could resturn it to store for a new one, store manager at the saratoga springs location was not helpful.
