    After 4 years this washer continuously gives a low water error even after troubleshooting

      I can understand how frustrating it must be to deal with a persistent low-water error. We are here to help.

      Proper water pressure is needed for this washing machine. The water pressure has to be between 20-116 psi. Anything lesser than 20 psi will cause an error.

    Less than a month owning this and the heat turns on but it doesn't spin. Samsung says it will be 3 days before a tech can get here, and if any parts need to be replaced, the repair service says we can expect 1-2 weeks for them to be delivered and installed. We have 7 kids and live in a wet and humid climate - no way to dry laundry. Buy any dryer other than this.

    Not worth it unless you buy new every year

    Disappointed. After a year it stopped drying. Close aren’t hot when pulled out. Did YouTube videos went to their site to help. Also changes the thermal part, cleaned sensor and made sure it was cleaned out. Still does not dry. If it does then it takes about 5 hours. Contacted Samsung like they suggest in other reviews and their response was to contact someone who does work on them. I’m done with Samsung. First a fridge that crapped after 2 years and a dryer now after one. Thanks but no thanks.

    This drier is perfect for people who have time to babysit it as it NEVER gets a load sry in 1 cycle. I havw never been so disappointed in an appliance. Did all the suggestions for trouble shooting and the bottom line, it just does not dry an entire load. Tried smaller loads and all the cycles but always end up with wet clothes.

    Dryer is horrible

    Never has it dried a single load in one cycle. It’s always been at least two. Now 3 1/2 years later we are at ALL DAY for one quarter of a load. I will never buy another Samsung dryer again.

    Dryer does not dry by any means

    When you check the reviews it says 5 stars, because they’re also combining the washer reviews The dryer does not dry your clothes no matter what. Try ever setting possible, and you will still be running this dryer at least 3 times minimum for one load

    worthless junk

    JUNK! started sounding like a drum choir after a year exactly after the warranty expired . never have i ever had a washer break ever . The repair man said it was the drum and not worth repair .

    Terrible product from Samsung

    This is by far the worst washer /dryer combo ever. It takes hours to wash something and it smell clean as well as the dryer is horrible

    Almost always shuts off before our clothes are dry (even on the "timed" setting) except when it doesn't - I've had the "sanitize" setting get stuck on for HOURS before we noticed which could easily burn a house down. The paint and finish is peeling. Just total trash for the price. Will not purchase Samsung for the replacement.

    horrible my mom buy this when COVID started and when she got the washing machine, everything worked perfectly fine but then a week ago that she stopped working We try a lot to fix it until this day I’m just saying, DONT BUY THIS PLEASE!!!!!!! and I cannot tell Best Buy to give me back my money cause that happened like when Covid started but nothing thank you for nothing.

    Bad thinking, Bad Product

    Whatever anyone does, do not purchase this set of Samsung product. For all that money placed on them, they are very finicky and break down easily. They do not last very long and can pack up even at the slightest contact of an insect (weird right? But so says Samsung repair after 13 months of use of such significant household investment).

    Expensive Junk

    JUNK!! Never dried clothes thoroughly. Main motor died after after 1 year. Over 500 to replace. Piece of garbage went into the trash. Tech told us all samsung appliance are junk.

    Avoid Samsung at All Costs

    We purchased a Samsung brand dryer from Best Buy in 2016, and after less than four years, its belt, pulley, and motor all broke. We're now stuck with a repair bill for 150% of the cost of the original dryer. The repair technician said that factories are no longer lubricating appliances like the one we purchased, which causes them to break in only a few years. We very strongly recommend NOT purchasing appliances from Samsung.

    No power cord with dryer.

    Samsung may not support products > 9y old

    BUYER BEWARE - I have a 9 year old Samsung dryer that was very gently used. Now i'm told the motherboard is broken and that Samsung no longer supplies these motherboards. Samsung rep told me that I shouldn't expect Samsung to support products beyond this timeframe. What?!! 9 years is the life expectancy of a dryer? This is ridiculous. Prior to this dryer, I had a Maytag dryer that was over 25 years old and still running. I will never buy any Samsung products any more.

    Samsung front loader washer and Best Buy

    Bought a front loading Samsung washer in January 2023 and it was having an issue and Best Buy geeks would not help at all and referred us to Samsung. The service we are getting from them is horrendous and we will never buy anything else from Best Buy or a Samsung product again!
