Excellent....beautiful dryer...the sensors - wow. Quiet - dry amazing...and what a beautiful machine to look at exposed in your space. Just great product! And Samsung products never disappoint. The assistance I received at Best Buy and the personnel...cannot be beat...great experience - and going back before the end ot he year to buy another one for another one of our units in Logan Square.

Works great, it pretty quiet. The only thing that I don't care for is that asthetically it's a little different from my older model. But the dryer itself is top notch.

Pleasant surprise was that we could use our 2011 base units because they are the same as these "2019" style bases. Wow, saved us $500 to 600. These are substantially improved over the early Samsung units. We also skipped the steam feature upgraded models...never used it in our previous flagship Samsung's. We chose these after some initial reluctance because our 2011 Samsung's were a little disappointing (mainly parts availability - especially Dryer's main computer board being unavailable in 2021). But, in the end we chose these over Whirlpool., mainly price but also improving Samsung reviews and $. At this early juncture, we are very happy we did.

Was looking to maximize our laundry room space by replacing our 5-year Kenmore Elite upright washer and dryer (still in excellent working condition) with a pair of stackable side loader washer and dryer with the same capacity of our existing machines. Came across this Samsung stackable washer (with its “matching” dryer set). It has been a month and these machines are fantastic. The wash takes half the time to complete and it’s quiet compared to our old machines! They dryer has a little tune when the drying is done. Delivery and installation were timely and professional. We are please with our purchase.

Had dryer finally give up the ghost this one was priced in my range and was bigger than I thought that I could afford. Does a very good job only complaint is I wished the interior light stayed on longer . No other complaints so far

Works great, very easy to use, and I love all of the settings. Heads up for shorter people, if you're 5'2 or under, you may need a step stool to reach the dryer settings on the stacked unit.

Slightly loud, but otherwise a solid machine with easy to understand inputs. Alarm is loud and annoyint so turn that off!

The washer is very nice and quiet. And the delivery folks were a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable.

I love the Samsung products; because the top loader that I preferred was on back order for an unknown time, I basically had to select the front loader to match the Samsung drier brand and color. While this machine washes great, the spin cycle is loud and noisy. I much prefer the top loader.

I went instore to buy the washer but there was none in stock, that was fine, the gentleman who was assisting me was very informative and kind and patient. I believe hes a new hire but he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. When the item was delivered, it was most possible the quickest and easiest install ive ever seen, Alejandro did a great job and i commend his skill which made everything seemless. I dont write reviews as much as i should, but this definetly made me want to! Thank you Best buy for having such great staff.
