Washer’s drum went out after only 5 years, we are a family of two and do an average of 4-5 loads a week. I bought this Samsung front loader after researching and customer reviews.I have noticed our wash is cleaner. I can see the water during the cycles. I can wash a king size bedspread and it does not become unbalanced. I did buy an extended warranty this time. Remember the drawers are not interchangeable.

Nice water friendly washer

We have a septic so we wanted a water friendly unit. This seems to be the perfect match for us. We've had it about 2 years now and we've had no problems. It fits a good amount of stuff in it without it being over filled. There is a buzzer button which I do not use. However, it will let you know when you're items are done.
