IT'S WONDERFUL NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH AN AGITATOR - IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO WASH LARGE ITEMS LIKE COMFORTERS, OR SMALL ITEMS THAT WOULD GET TRAPPED UNDER AND AROUND AN AGITATOR. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL MACHINE, WITH MANY SETTINGS TO CHOOSE FROM, BUT IT IS VERY EASY TO USE. I'M SO VERY HAPPY TO HAVE IT. THANK YOU;

And the delayed finish is different than my delay start on my old washing machine. But it’s a nice feature. It spins so hard that it shakes the whole house (it’s on the second floor) so I take it down a notch. But good washer, fits lots of clothes.

When I bought I was afraid of the loud noise which usually comes with such a device, but that was not the case it works with no noticeable sound. Love it.

The spin works well, but does not spin enough I think. That is just me. I came from a much more expensive machine that the clothes came out not wet at all just not dry.

Amazing thing is the smart drying process which not only dries the clothes but also prevents it from wrinkles. Would definitely recommend this machine.

Nice washer

Doesn’t allow you to put much detergent in it but not needed either. Lots of choices. Does seem to vibrate a bit much on spin since I got the pedestal installed. Clothes are nice and clean. Replaced my Samsung of 11 years. The old one was developing problems. Sale price of washer/dryer great. Only prob was old pedestals didn’t fit.
