Gets clothes soo much closer to dry then my last washer did , it spins really well, it’s quiet, and I love the little tune it plays when the cycle is done . Works well. Happy with our purchase . It is a high efficiency washer so u do need HE soap. It’s not hard to find tho, just an FYI :) we love it so far . Each load is soo customizable with all the different options

You can't really control the washer from the SmartThings app, you can't control the washer from outside your home network. With it being front loading, and stackable, the placement of the drain could have been better. So far I've had no issues with actually washing clothes so it seems to do the one thing its made for well... however its new so appliances working well when brand new SHOULD be the norm. You have to power down the machine to do anything, can't really wash a small load, and need to be mindful of the area surrounding the door - its obvious it will collect socks and other small clothing.

I believe hes a new hire but he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. When the item was delivered, it was most possible the quickest and easiest install ive ever seen, Alejandro did a great job and i commend his skill which made everything seemless. I dont write reviews as much as i should, but this definetly made me want to! Thank you Best buy for having such great staff.

Also needs less detergent. Probably less wear and tear on the fabrics. Took a few washes to get used to a machine that is not a top-load, but it's an improvement.

The staffer who assisted us in this acquisition was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. We enjoy our purchase experiences each visit to the Best Buy stores.
