The first one was about a year and half old, over heated and started to smoke. I called Samsung they came out and said I have to have it professionally cleaned every year and it’s my fault so I had to pay to have it fixed (which was almost the cost of the dryer). I purchased this unit as a replacement and it seems to be subpar quality. I have to run multiple high heat cycles to dry larger loads and sometimes for small loads too. All of the custom cycles are useless because they never dry the clothes (they use lower heat settings). I suggest avoiding Samsung at this point.

My issue is I thought I'd see a drying time improvement over my 14-year-old gas Kenmore dryer...but comparing it to the old dryer honestly it's about the same time to dry a load of towels or clothes, the same average size load as I normally do...I tried a few different setting with the lint trap completely clean, same result. I was a BIT underwhelmed for $750.00. Here's to hoping it's build with longevity type parts

Quiet even during spin cycle

Other 2 washers i had over the past 10 years they would always shake so much they would walk away, dont want to name names but , Maytag centennial would violently shake almost every load its been almost 2 weeks hope i like for many more

It doesn't use much water and makes me never want to go back to a upright washer. My clothes are so much cleaner now and uses less power. I don't like the app so I don't use it.

I absolutely love using it! It has plenty of wash options but it’s not overwhelming, very user friendly. It can wash quickly and it does a great job!

Much quieter than the 13 yr old one it replaced that was on its last leg. Only con was that it sticks out about a half inch past the door of the last one. Some quick rearranging and I'm golden ponyboy. Bestbuy pick up was wonderful. Didnt have to go in the put it on my truck and I strapped it down. Everyone else was forced delivery and over a month wait time if it was even available.

Theres a basket that traps all the lint and easy to empty .The only cons is when you touch the door when its on cycle its stops,thats how sensitve the sensor is .Overall i ❤️ this product
