Less vibration than our LG unit. We were disappointed by the delivery schedule. It was a 10-day schedule. On the delivery day, we waited all afternoon, but it never showed up. The store had a power outage, but someone should have notified us that the delivery wasn't coming. They did deliver on the next day, which was Sunday.

Have not used all the settings but have washed 2 comforters that I never could have done before so have got $50 in dry cleaners savings. ***Best Buy return policy was the best, 30 days on appliances before the Samsung warranty kicked in. Home Depot, 48 hours,(read the fine print&called) and then its just you and the Samsung warranty and their repair crew. Also used my BB points to buy a close out TV afterwards.
