I bought the washing machine and I don't regret it, a great purchase

This washing machine has a good choice in cycles and wash time is shorter than my last, which is nice. The vibration technology is absolute crap. This things shakes like crazy and sounds like it is going to go through the floor. My old model which was close to 10 years old shook quite a bit so I wanted the newer model that had vibration technology. This one is worse than my old one. Over all the machine works well but not the vibration technology

Best buy service, right from helping us select the right product until the very end was excellent. We love our new washer and dryer. The reason with I gave 3 stars is because of the delivery of the product (I am guessing best buy use 3rd party delivery/installation option). I was charged for the installation of the equipment and when the deliver guys showed up, it seems like they were just least interested in having them install. They looked at the connection knob and said we are not able to remove that (didn't even try) and gave really hard time to my wife. We ultimately had to call our neighbor to help out since my wife is not very handy, and our neighbor was able to do it in less than a second. It is just horrible that you pay for something and have to do it yourself.

Absolutely love this washer. I can do all my comforters now. One downside I noticed is that when you are pouring the softener in the holder it immediately drains into the washer. So, if you have the door open while doing that it drains into the rubber door seal.

I love my washing machine. Even though I paid extra money to have it installed and the man said he couldn’t install it. Other than that I have no issues with this washer. It’s nice and quiet to.

WE like this dryer a lot. it has a couple of unique features that can be very helpful, like it can test your vent for blockages. But I have noted one potential problem, the lint filter might possibly wear out and break eventually due to the hinge action in opening it for cleaning.

4/5 just because we’ve only had it for 2 weeks and need to see if it stands the test of time :) it does what’s intended and I like the little song it plays when it’s done. Also very quick delivery and seamless installation from Best Buy.

Everything about this is the exact quality youd expect from samsung and at this price. The only thing I dont like is that it dents VERY easily, on the other hand thats does mean its also very easy to fix.

I purchased the washer and dryer set and I couldnt be happier. My clothes come out clean and dry every time. The machine is so quiet sometimes i have to check to make sure it is still running. This has been a great buy.

This washer looks small, but the capacity is no joke and now im drowning in laundry. This does not come with the stacking kit and you MUST remove the shipping bolts.

Bought this set to replace 20 year old Whirlpool set; they are a nice looking set; install was rather easy except for the fact that most homes have gas lines that are 1/2" in size and this dryer has an inlet that takes a 3/8" connection; after a quick trip to the hardware store for the proper flex hose, dryer was hooked up and works fine; leaving the one star off for a future update on longevity of unit

Removal of old washer and delivery and setup Of new washer was excellent. New machine with vibration technology is just what’s needed for an upper level laundry room.

Best buy personnel were unsure if the washer had warranty, however I was putting some trust on the brand. Washer initially leaked in the first wash however it did not after that and its now atleast 4 washes old. Caps for the 4 holes that we need to empty out during installation was not provided and therefore they categorizing it as excellent with none of the parts missing does seem a little misleading. I had no plans to return as Best Buy wanted to haul it back in. Samsung ensured it was covered under warranty and was very responsive when I reported the leak and even scheduled a service however I did not have to use it as Washer seemed to have fixed itself or may be the washer was not standing evenly on the floor initially. So hoping it wouldn't have issues in future, a chance I was willing to take.

We love this washer. Our clothes are cleaner, and get less damage. The washer has so many options for every time of fabric, it is very smart in its consumption of water. It calculates the amount of water and the time depending on the size of the load, so you are not wasting tons of water even if you have to wash a smaller load of clothes.
