Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an open-box gas dryer listed in "excellent condition" from Best Buy for my business. I rely on a dryer daily, so I drove 70 miles to pick it up. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed with the in-store team that the unit was in excellent working order — they assured me it was. When I got home, I noticed that the dryer was missing the original (or even suitable) packaging, which was clearly promised online. Still, I proceeded to install it — and the moment I turned it on, it began making loud, disturbing noises. So much for "excellent condition." I called the store immediately and was transferred to the support team. I explained everything in detail. The only solutions offered were either returning the item (and somehow surviving without a dryer for several more days) or waiting 5+ days for a technician to show up. I requested to speak with a supervisor — her name was Rachel — but she was just as unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak directly with the store manager, I was told — unbelievably — that the store doesn’t have a phone number, and that if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, I’d have to drive another 70 miles back to the store. Seriously? In the end, I had no choice but to hire a technician out of pocket to repair the dryer — an expense and headache I should never have had to deal with. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Best Buy's “open-box in excellent condition” listing was completely misleading, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected far better from a major retailer. I will think twice before ever making a large purchase from Best Buy again.

Fast, clean, and reliable. Gets the job done faster and the clothing comes out very dry after the spin cycle so it makes drying clothing very quick.

So glad that I bought this washer and dryer set. They work so well. Clothes come out so clean and I do t have to turn the dryer on multiple times.

Good quality washer. I felt cloths were more clean with this washer however socks continued to get stuck in the door jam. Because of this I returned the item for a top loading samsung washer.

Have only used the unit a few times since it was delivered. The unit seems to run and perform as expected. The lint filter seems to be very useful and easy to clean. I have found that after two uses, cleaning the filter is very easy and works well.

It’s was amazing for about 2.5 years and then it sounded like a jet plane. I am so happy with the customer service I’ve received regarding the extended warranty. I highly recommend buying it!

I love it, took me awhile to decide what I wanted but it’s amazing.

I had issues with samsung top loader unbalancing. I tried front loader seems to work better.

So far so good. Machine has all the features we wanted. Clothes come out really clean.
