I love this washer!!! It is quiet and works really well. I love that it has a self clean cycle to remove the mildew that a lot of front load washers get!

I have only used this machine once but so far so good. The design is sleek and the clothes have come out fine. I love the color. Hope it will last a while.

Love this Washer so far. The loads are huge that I can throw in here. Getting used to front loading, but I love it. Great on the clothes.

I don't know if Samsung forgot to include their "Vibration Reduction Technology", or if this is actually their technology, because it is NOT a smooth spinning machine. From the first wash, a simple few towels caused it to vibrate the laundry powder tub and Unstopables scent container off of a rubber mat that I put on top. Seriously? This unit replaced my LG front-load washer that I really liked for 15 years which never made anything I had on top to vibra-dance off of it. I tried different sized loads, different spin speeds, I checked it's level-ness, and even recalibrated it, all to no avail. What I do like is how it washed the laundry, and my clothes seemed to come out nice and clean, BUT, every laundry load vibrated this machine in spin mode. I went to Best Buy and went back to old, faithful LG. Yes, I am using it now and it has not once vibrated...

I have had no issues at all with this item. My Girlfriend says it is so much easier to use and gets clothes clean way faster than our old washer.

Got this for a good price right off the floor and have not had any problems with it since I had it installed. Would recommend. Its for Large loads too.

The Samsung dryer has a new drying sensor that prevents the dryer from getting too hot and drying the clothes in their entirety, which is a significant improvement over older models. However, despite this added feature, the dryer still falls short in overall quality. The machine may not dry clothes effectively, leaving them damp or taking multiple cycles to fully dry. This is especially frustrating for those with larger loads or in a hurry to get their laundry done. Therefore, I would not recommend this Samsung dryer to others.

The washer and dryer are actually good. But in the first delivery Bestbudy delivered a faulty product so they had to return it. In the 2nd visit the service people showed up with the dryer. In he 3rd visit, the service people finally were able to install it but left a lot of screws scattered around. I had to live 2 weeks without my dryer. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Bestbuy that requires installation service.

I previously wrote a review about this appliance. We are now 6 weeks out from the day this dryer's motor caught on fire. After four visits to our house for "inspections," Samsung finally confirmed what was obvious from the first inspection -- the motor was defective and caused a fire. Now, we are awaiting repair. At the last visit about two weeks ago, we were told the parts to repair would be received in five days. No calls/no word after a week and a half, so we called to follow up. Supposedly the part hasn't been received (never mind the original repairman had the parts and they wouldn't let him replace the motor). So again, we are back to waiting. Six weeks without a dryer and no definite repair date in sight. AGAIN -- cannot recommend more strongly that you DO NOT buy a Samsung dryer. It caught on fire 8 months after purchase and the company hasn't repaired or replaced it as required by their warranty after 6 weeks.

Only thing I would change about this set is put controls down lower for stacking. It’s amazing though. Fries so much faster than my old unit.

Buttons(selections) are flat and not as easy to activate

I was planning to get LG Model, but this product satisfied be that I no longer need other models! The design is great and love every part of Dryer!

Really easy to use. There are multiple programs, just need to select the relevant one and that’s pretty it. It washes very well.
