Got this one due to the fact that i just purchased a 5.0 cf washer 3.5 years ago and now its not worth fixing (950.00 + maybe a inner drum)and they are not even sure they can get the counter balance that it needs. The only reason i purchased the 4.5cf was that the dryer still works and i bought two pedestal at 300.00 a piece. Hopefully this one last longer!

I have shared a Samsung link below that can help with your experience. The link has 4 radio buttons (The dryer has no heat at all, the Dryer cycle ends too quickly, the Dryer cycle takes too long, Dryer is not hot enough). Each radio button will have an embedded video which we recommend watching in full. Each radio button will also have hyperlinks that can help with the experience.

Washing without water!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am disappointed, i was so happy to receive this just to find out it washes without water, and no matter what combination of programs i try, it barely uses enough water to wet the clothes, when i remove the clothes after washing they have dried on detergent on them! We called the service guy from samsung and he checked the software and said all good, this is how it is! I wish i would know this before , i wouldn’t buy this! I can’t believe i spent so much money on this garbage! Also there is no program description anywhere not even online!
