Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.only way it could be better is if there were a dependable parts and repair service in north America for it... you basically have to treat them as throw aways because you can't get parts or a get a repair service to work on them, but they do last five or more years on well water and doing 10 loads a week on average (5 kids)

Minor issue, it did not come with a power cable, so it needed to get that myself and an electrician to connect it so I can plug it in. I would assume every electric appliance comes with a cable/plug.
