The vibration technology is absolute crap. This things shakes like crazy and sounds like it is going to go through the floor. My old model which was close to 10 years old shook quite a bit so I wanted the newer model that had vibration technology. This one is worse than my old one. Over all the machine works well but not the vibration technology

And they honored the lower matching rate and i had to do nothing! So many settings, all so quiet! Highly recommend the riser (50% off) if not your doing laundry in your knees! Washer door does NOT reverse! Left hand open only. Only negative. Chose against stacking nc sonlow. Free set up and delivery was awesomeness!
