I always had an issue washing comforters, with the washer becoming off balance. I have washed all of my king size comforters with no issue at all!

The only complaint is Best Buy no longer honors Military Discount on appliances. I produced a VALID AND CURRENT DEPT OF DEFENSE ID to the sales rep, and I was told it would not get me a military discount. So that is the reason you all did not get the 5th star
