Washer has been running good so far no issues. Please be aware that ones water has run thru the washer and you need to move or adjust it is very heavy. Seems to hold water after it’s complete is cycle. Don’t know if this is by design. But definitely will need 2 people to maneuver around. But washer has nice finish and quiet.

Wash and dry worked great and look good no complaints at all.

This Samsung washer is great because you can wash a comforter with ease. It allows both liquid and powder He detergent which is convenient. Best buy can't through with fast delivery after home depot messed up bad. I will definitely be using best buy for future purchases.

Stalled Cycle

It was stuck on the bedding cycle overnight and wouldn't stop. I stopped it and put on rinse and spin and the time still didn't change. So I had wet clothes and the spin only got the water out. I'm done with Samsung as far as appliances go. This is the second washer of Samsung I've had issues with. They make good Phones, Tablets, Earbuds and Televisions but that's it. I don't recomend any appliance. Save yourself time and save money to get a reliable product.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.machine is fine but best buy's installers connected the cold water hose to the hot water outlet and the hot water hose to the cold water outlet, causing the machine to run on extremely hot water and ultimately shutting it down. this should have been checked by the installers prior to their departure.

Washes well and has all the essential settings for most day to day laundry needs. It even has a glass door. I'm glad the BB manager explained to me the difference between the next version above this that just had the steam function and some other minor features that I won't really use. Saved me several hundreds.
