The total tech guys did not lock the stabilizer legs in place. It was finally corrected after 3 weeks time. It still “shakes” not too bad but it shakes, it was supposed to have technology to minimize shaking not totally satisfied.

Easy to use and no problem with leaking. Clothing comes out noticeably cleaner than it did with my old top load washer.

I scheduled a second date for install and they came too early and no one was home. One of my pipes got broken, it was probably old. And the rental truck they were driving had bad battery and i had to wake up my husband to give them a jump.

We love this washer and dryer set. Clothes come out clean and smells sooo fresh! This past weekend, we were washing clothes and my sister in law didn’t realize the washer was in use because it is very quiet behind the laundry door closet.
