If you are not familiar either this feature does not totally dry your clothing...it's still slightly moist to the touch and you can not turn off the feature unless you use Timed Dry. This is the main reason I give only 4 stars. Other wise it is a nicely set up dryer and very efficient.

Customer service left me high and dry when they refused to install so I had to call in a plumber to do it for me, but I can't leave a bad review for the machine itself. Its excellent!

No one in the Geek Squad could answer a question on water temperature. I got 5 different people and when each one could not answer the question, they just passed me on to another department. Finally, one of them told me to call Samsung.
