I had to get it replaced but the pump was on factory backorder for an undetermined amount of time. I had to buy a new washer instead, I had to buy the same brand since it was stackable and the only samsung would fit with the dryer.

It has a couple of small dings, but I don't care about that. I saved a lot of money. We had great customer service & they are very knowledgable & helped us a lot.

Not sure why a dryer this new is doing this. I would consider other options in the future.
