It will not dry certain things like my bathmat. Probably the best thing about this dryer is the lint trap, it's big and it catches everything.

It took them 5 visits ( more than a month) to install a gas dryer. I was told to buy multiple adapters which were ultimately taken out on the last visit - seems like they sent an expert technician when I escalated. They left the unit incorrectly installed that lead to gas leakage. I was fortunate to recognize the source of leak at the right time and was able to shut off the gas connection, otherwise it could have been a disaster. They didn’t even bother to send a technician to fix a gas leak on emergency basis. I had to schedule an appointment and was left at the mercy of their schedule. Better buy big electronic items from Home Depot or Lowe’s

Tried to use it same day and found out the heat isn’t working. Called Best Buy and they can’t come out to check it until 1/10/25. This is TRASH!

Very bad delivery service

The delivery crew scratched up both the washer and dryer pretty badly, which was frustrating to see on brand new appliances. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to hook up the dryer, and the washer installation was done so poorly that it started leaking because they didn’t tighten the connections properly. I expected a smooth, professional experience, but this was the opposite. Now, I’m stuck dealing with damage and leaks that could’ve been avoided if they had taken the time to do it right. Really disappointed with how this turned out.
